Tasted great, but the texture made me toss it. I don't think I cooked the eggs long enough.

Looks more like runny scrambled eggs

I genuinely thought this was a clumpy custard

Were the eggs cool enough before you made it?

Why is it so smooth? Where are the egg whites?

I don’t get how you end up with something so runny from eggs, mayo and mustard.

Sure it’s not broccoli cheddar soup?

It looks like something Bob Ross would glop on his palette to brighten a happy little sun.

Usually egg salad is made using hard boiled eggs, not scrambled. Eggs are diced and finished with mayo, mustard, S & P, and maybe finely diced celery to add crunch.

I do made scrambled egg sandwiches, but they are not. “egg salad” sandwiches.

It just looks like half cooked scrambled eggs, I’ve always thought of egg salad more as like hard boiled egg salad

You normally cook the eggs for egg salad.

Did you hard boiled the eggs first, or scramble them?
